FANTASTIC Stay! Near EVERYTHING!!!

friendly welcome free water creative arrangement excellent location
The staff gave a REALLY friendly welcome! I found toiletries were always replenished and water bottles were available for free in my room. Housekeeping is punctual and creative with towel arrangements. The location is VERY good. I could easily access many diners and restaurants nearby.
The staircase smelled bad. That was it. Everything else was wonderful!

Acceptable Stay, but With a Few Issues

missing window night noise
The rooftop area was a nice addition and I guess met my expectations.
My room did not have a window. This was not clearly stated when I booked, so that was a nasty surprise. I had the choice to cancel, but where would I go at that hour? it got pretty noisy at night because of music coming from some bar downstairs. How charming.

I appreciated the friendly staff. They were helpful with directions. The rooftop garden provided a nice escape. I also found the location convenient for accessing transportation options.
It was quite noisy! during the day. The noise impacted my ability to rest. The glue smells were noticeable too. Other guests were also noisy at night
